These terms apply to your use of rapidroutedeliv.com and to services provided by Rapid Route Delivery, a business name of Abozz Marketing LLC ("Rapid Route Delivery," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide courier services for healthcare businesses, including prescription delivery, lab specimen transport, medical records and supplies, and STAT and same-day runs.

If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement controls pricing, schedules, liability limits, and other details. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

2. Quotes and scheduling

Quotes are estimates until we confirm the price and pickup time with you.
Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, road closures, and other events outside our control can cause delays. We will tell you as soon as we know about a delay.

3. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate pickup and delivery details.
Package, seal, and label items as required by law and your own policies.
Tell us in advance about anything that needs special handling, such as temperature control.
Do not give us items we have not agreed in writing to carry, including hazardous materials that require special permits.

4. Chain of custody

We document each pickup and drop-off. Delivery is complete when the item is signed for at the destination or delivered as your instructions say.

5. Payment

Payment terms are listed on your quote, invoice, or service agreement.

6. Text message terms

By opting in to texts from Rapid Route Delivery, you agree to receive messages about your quote, scheduling, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 7. Website use

The content on this website is for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided "as is." Do not use the website to send patient or health information.

The Rapid Route Delivery name, logo, and website content belong to us. Do not copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of our website. Liability for deliveries is set by your service agreement or invoice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
